Loyalty Programme & Points:

You earn Power Up Points every time you make a qualifying purchase at Eurocell on your registered trade account. Some products and promotions offer extra points – check your homepage or dashboard for your active offers.

Pending points are points you’ve earned but aren’t available to spend yet. They may be pending due to a return window or verification process. In normal circumstances, after 14 days from the invoice date, they’ll automatically convert to redeemable Power Points, ready to spend in the Power Up Vault.

Your points are available to spend once they’ve converted from Pending to your Current Points Balance, which you can see on your Power Up homepage or dashboard.

Yes, Power Up Points expire if they are not used within 12 months from the date they were earned. You can check your Expiring Points in the Next 30 Days in your dashboard.

 

Rewards & Redemption:

Log in to your Power Up account and visit the “Spend Your Points” section. Browse available discounts and rewards and select the one you want. Follow the steps to confirm your redemption.

Rewards include physical items and exclusive perks that you can redeem with your points. Discounts can be used to redeem instant vouchers, gift cards and discounts for hundreds of retail, dining, hospitality, and household brands.

Power Up points cannot be used for discounts on Eurocell purchases – but there’s something even better! You can redeem instant vouchers and gift cards for top retail, dining, hospitality and household brands. Whether you’re treating yourself or gifting something special to family and friends, there’s a reward to suit every need!

If a reward is out of stock, you can either wait for it to become available again or choose a different reward. You also have the option to add it to your wishlist, so you can easily track when it’s back in stock. Don’t worry – your points won’t be deducted unless the reward is successfully redeemed.

No worries – your account number is closer than you think! You can find it:

  • At the top of your invoices
  • At the top and bottom of our marketing emails
  • In our SMS text messages
  • On our website (if your account has been set up)

You can update your contact details and preferences by logging into your account and going to Your Account - click “Update”. For any major updates, contact our helpdesk for customer support.

You can update your email preferences by going to Your Account – click “Update”. Please note changing your email preferences may result in not getting latest updates and progress of your active promotions.

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password. You’ll receive an email with a reset link – follow it to set a new password.

 

Orders:

You can view your past orders under the “Order History” section. This will show details of your past redemptions in your Power Up account.
